1. Does PositivelyPuzzled™ create customized photo puzzles for business and community organizations?
Yes. We can help create a photo puzzle design that best fits your promotional needs. Please contact us for details and ask us about volume pricing.

2. Does PositivelyPuzzled™ need the photo to be as big as the jigsaw puzzle?
No, it doesn't. The photo you send us will be scanned and then by a digital process we make it fit in the jigsaw puzzle. We will maintain proportionality as the original photo is enlarged.

3. Does PositivelyPuzzled™ ever enhance or crop submitted photographs?
If an original picture submitted will not readily convert to the puzzle size that has been ordered without incurring distortion, minimal cropping will likely need to be performed by PositivelyPuzzled™ to avoid any distortion of the finished photo puzzle.

4. Can you add text to my photo puzzle?
Yes, we can add text for an additional charge. See products page for pricing.

5. Does PositivelyPuzzled™ send the original photo back?
Yes. Your photo puzzle will contain a digital print, and the original photo will be sent back to you with the puzzle..

6. What is the turn-around time for my photo puzzle order?
Photo puzzle orders are typically manufactured and shipped within 2-7 days of receipt of order/photo. Please add 7-10 days additional during November and December.

7. What if I need my puzzle order delivered to me in a hurry?
When ordering your photo puzzle, please let us know if you have special shipping requests.

8. Does PositivelyPuzzled™ sell any jigsaw puzzles larger than 11" X 17" - 308 piece puzzle?
No. At this time we do not offer any larger size photo puzzles.
308 pieces or less are the most common sizes for the markets we serve.

9. What if I have a picture that is copyrighted by someone besides me.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted photographs do not violate any copyright laws and/or restrictions. PositivelyPuzzled™ will not process any orders that include a photograph with a copyright restriction, without the proper authorization. You may ask your photographer or artist for a release.

10. I do not live in the United States. Can I order a custom jigsaw puzzle from PositivelyPuzzled™?
Yes. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Please email us at kdumas@positivelypuzzled.com to inquire about shipping costs outside of the United States. Please be sure to specify the quantity and size of photo puzzles you're interested in ordering as shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order.

11. Will PositivelyPuzzled™ process product containing nude or pornographic images?
No.

12. Can I make a photo puzzle from something other than a photograph?
Yes. You can make a photo puzzle out of artwork too. Children's artwork turns out great!
Copyrighted artwork must have an authorized release.
