placing a photo puzzle order

Ordering your Photo Puzzle online:
On the Products page simply click on the "item number" for the photo puzzle you desire. Through PayPal you are given the option to "buy now" or "add to cart" if you want to purchase more than one photo puzzle. PayPal will guide you through the ordering process. E-mail your picture in a JPEG (.jpg) or PC file format. Please name your file with your last name, followed by your first name and the item number you chose from the product page (i.e.: jonesmike24PP.jpg)

. Resolution must be 300 dpi (pixels per inch), for a quality image reproduction. When using a digital camera we recommend 3 mega pixel resolution or better.
If you are ordering online but would like to snail mail your photo(s) use the address shown in the "Placing an Order by Mail" section below.
An order confirmation receipt will be e-mailed to you. Your photo puzzle will be mailed to you 2-7 business days after order receipt. Please allow an extra week during the holiday season. For orders outside of the United States, please contact us for shipping rates.

Ordering your Photo Puzzle by mail:

Rush Delivery:
We can ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of photo and payment (Monday-Thusday) for an additional $20.00 service charge. Photo Puzzle Collages require up to 5 business days after receipt of photos and payment to ship.

Shipping:
We ship all orders US Mail Priority Shipping which normally takes 2-3 working days. We can ship your photo puzzle
US Mail Express shipping (overnight), for an additional shipping charge of $15.00. Fed Ex shipping is also available, please contact us for those rates.

Tips:
       Please do not send copyrighted, professional photographs without a Copyright Release Form from the photographer. All copyrighted materials without written releases will be returned.
