Photo Puzzle Collage FAQ's
1. How long does it
take to make a Photo Puzzle Collage?
We
need about 5 business days to design your collage. Then we will send you a proof
of your collage for
approval. It will then take us 3-5 business days from the
time we receive approval to produce your puzzle
and mail it. We ship our puzzles Priority Mail which usually
takes another 2-3 days.
2. Can I get my
collage sooner?
Yes, we can ship your
collage within 5 business days if you want to pay a Rush Service Fee of $20.00.
3. Can I have
writing on my collage?
Yes, we include up to 10
words in your set-up cost.
4. Can I see and
approve the collage before you produce the puzzle?
Yes, once we have
completed the design of your collage, we will email you a copy for approval. We
can make
changes based on your suggestions. If there is a
certain photo that you would like to focus on, please let us
know when you send us your images. We will then email
you a new proof for approval. We will not make your
puzzle until we have your approval.
5. What size
puzzles can I make into collage puzzle?
We suggest that you use
the larger puzzles. The 8.5 x 11, 16pc or 48pc or the 11 x 17 99pc or 308pc
puzzles
will work best.
6. What is the
total cost of the Photo Puzzle Collage?
The set up cost is
$30.00, which includes up to 5 photos and up to 10 words. Each additional photo
over 5 is
$2.00 each. This DOES NOT include the cost of the
puzzle. Then there is an additional cost of $25.99 for the
11 x 17 puzzle or an additional $19.99 for the 8.5 x 11
puzzle. If you want more that one puzzle of the same
collage you only pay the set up cost once.
7. Can I send
actual photographs or do they have to be digital images?
We can make your collage
out of either photographs you send to us via the US Mail, or we can make it from
digital images sent to us via email.
8. How many photos
would you recommend for a Photo Collage Puzzle?
We can
work with as many as you would like to use. If you look at our photo collage
sample page, you will see we
have made great collages from as few as 2 photos
to as many as 15 photos. The most important thing is that photos
are of good quality and clarity.
